Emma Steele
Principal
Emma graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Mathematics. After leaving university, she put her degree to good use with Teach First in Grimsby as a maths teacher. Then, in 2014, she joined Future Leaders where she met Jenny Thompson, now Executive Director for development at Dixons.
Her time with Dixons began in 2016 when she joined as a Vice Principal, and has since been the Acting Principal, Head of School, and is currently the Principal of Dixons Trinity Academy. Emma is a big believer in the culture at Trinity and she is keen to carry on the previous work of fellow Dixons staff and former Dixons Trinity Principals, Luke Sparkes, and Jenny Thompson.
In 2023, Emma became Principal of Dixons Music Primary and works in a Principal role across both academies
